FOR BEAUTY PROFESSIONALS

Myrna Rose began with a simple mission: to create a calm, supportive place where independent professionals feel joy and confidence walking into work every day. For this mother/daughter team, what started as a love for hair and creativity grew into the desire to create a drama-free, supportive environment built on respect, care, and shared standards. We believe great work happens when talented people are given the right setting, the right support, and the freedom to operate as true professionals.

Myrna Rose is a rental space for independent beauty artists offering a mix of private suites and open-format stylist chairs, allowing our artists flexibility, while providing community and reducing unnecessary overhead. Whether your business requires privacy, collaboration, or a balance of both, the structure of our space is designed to adapt to the way you work best.

OUR HISTORY

Before it became a salon, this house was a home.

Built in 1908, the Mauritz Mansion has lived many lives. It has witnessed generations, gatherings, quiet moments, and change over more than a century in Hutto, Texas. Rather than erase that history, we chose to embrace it, preserve it and learn from it.

Here we’ve documented the story of the house itself. The people who lived here. The architectural details that remain. The photographs, records, and memories that surface as restoration continues. Some stories are well documented. Others are still unfolding.

We believe spaces carry memory, and that honoring the past adds depth to what exists here today.

We invite you to explore the stories that shaped this home and continue to inform everything we do within these walls. And, to continue with us as we build this space out into a vibrant community hub in Downtown Hutto, Texas!
